Villa Tasca
In the 18th Century, Villa Tasca was transformed from its medieval foundations as a hunting lodge surrounded by vineyards, into the magnificent Villa that is still inhabited by the same family today. The perfectly preserved 18th-century frescoes and floors and furnishings have made it one of the most iconic landmarks not only in Palermo but throughout the rest of Italy.
Surrounded by a 6-hectare park, yet in the heart of Palermo and just 25 minutes from Palermo airport, it provides an oasis of peace and calm that has been attracting visitors for centuries.
Hosting up to 1000 guests in the gardens, it has the largest number of protected and officially registered monumental trees in Siciliy. the romantic garden continues to inspire poets, musicians and writers who come here to find refuge from the city amidst the grottoes, lake and temple. Most recently it provided the backdrop for the award-winning HBO series, The White Lotus.
For a truly unique experience, you can live like Sicilian Royalty in the heart of Palermo, staying in Villa Tasca in one of four sumptuous suites, enjoying the gardens and villa to yourself whilst being looked after by the family butler, chef and maids.
