Marianna and Maurizio are the voice and guitar behind the Sweet&Sour project. Their music isn’t merely a background soundtrack, but a means of uniting people in celebration. They believe in creating magic together, building a connection, and crafting a soundtrack around your story.
As an acoustic jazz duo with a nostalgic feel, their arrangements are fresh and original. They carefully select songs for their repertoire and love to offer their unique reinterpretations. Maurizio’s fingerstyle guitar and Marianna’s evocative, passionate vocals blend seamlessly. Their diverse range of styles includes jazz, bossa nova, Italian classics from the '50s and '60s, international pop, rock, soul, R&B, and dance, all reimagined in an acoustic style, perfect for a welcome dinner, an aperitif, or an after-dinner party.
Sweet&Sour offer various line-up options — duo, trio with saxophone, or a full band with sax and drums — so clients can choose the perfect configuration for the mood of their event.
In order to experience them live, they also offer "concertiny" appointments—private mini concerts via video call.
