By entering a La Lista competition you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being run by La Lista in partnership with a third party and it is their responsibility to deliver the prize.

Eligibility to enter:

• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

• In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

• The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter:

• Entries are via La Lista’s Instagram account @_lalista. You must follow instructions given on the post and submit your entry by the competition deadline. Entries after the deadline time and date will not be included in the draw.

• You must follow La Lista and the prize giver on Instagram.

• La Lista will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize:

• There are a number of prizes available, please see our Instagram posts for full details of each prize and the prize’s individual T&Cs.

• The winner will be drawn at random.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

• La Lista will put you in contact via email with the prize giver and it is the responsibility of the prize giver to deliver the prize to the winner.

• Where prizes are physical, it is the responsibility of the prize giver to provide the winner with delivery information. La Lista cannot guarantee how long it’ll take to be sent.

• Some prizes have time limits on when they need to be claimed, see T&Cs on the Insta post for more details.

Winner announcement:

• The winner will be notified via DM within 12hrs of the competition close date and time and their email address requested.

• La Lista will attempt to contact the winner by DM a further two times within a further 24hr period.

• If the winner does not respond to the DMs notifying them of their win within this time period, they will lose their right to the prize, and La Lista reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
