In a whirlwind of panic, we discovered that both of our booked bands featured drum elements integral to their performances. Faced with this unexpected obstacle, negotiations became heated. After intense discussions with the venue, a compromise emerged: one band was granted permission to utilise the venue's drum set, while the other had to make the switch to electric drums. This experience taught us a vital lesson: meticulous scrutiny of the contract is non-negotiable. It's the key to uncovering potential pitfalls and ensuring that every aspect aligns seamlessly with your vision.
