If you’re planning on getting married in 2025, you need to start thinking about finding your wedding venue and selecting a power house team of suppliers to deliver a sensational wedding. Our number one rule is that you should absolutely not book anything for your wedding until you have an accurate budget in place.

Looking to 2025, prices continue to rise. At the time of writing (July 23), most venues and suppliers haven’t got their 2025 prices together yet, but the ones who you tend to book first i.e. planners and venues are getting there and this is giving us an indication that, yet again prices are on the up.

Why are they rising you despairingly say? We must remember that all businesses increase prices with inflation and we find ourselves in an ‘interesting’ time financially. Not forgetting the external economic factors like increases in staff costs, fuel, raw materials (food, drink, flowers), transport of goods…all these influences drive up prices for businesses. Alongside this all businesses grow in expertise and skills over time and this is deservedly factored into pricing too.

So let’s build your budget – here’s our 2025 pricing predictions:

Other points to note:

Venue includes accommodation for 20-60 guests for 2-3 nights

Musicians include costs for duo, quartet or acoustic

Photographer cost excludes second shooter or multiple events

Catering expense is a new charge brought in for transport by the catering teams
